As a Technical Administrative Assistant, you play a key role in our day‑to‑day activities. You combine administrative accuracy with technical insight into trucks, trailers, and chassis. You ensure efficient follow‑up at the service desk, support the workshop, and assist customers in a professional manner. Thanks to your efforts, our garage in the port area runs efficiently, stays organised, and remains strongly customer‑focused.
Vehicle check‑in & check‑out
- Administrative processing of incoming and outgoing chassis and trailers.
- Technical inspection of vehicles for damage, wear, and defects.
Customer contact
- Welcoming customers at the service desk and assisting them by phone.
- Clear communication regarding planning, repairs, and follow‑up.
Administrative support for the workshop
- Creating and following up work orders for repairs and maintenance.
- Entering work hours and used materials after completion of the job.
- Structuring and managing files so technicians can work efficiently.
- Warehouse administration
Warehouse Administration
- Placing and tracking orders.
- Digital stock management and inventory control.
- Contact with suppliers regarding parts and deliveries.

Your background
- A2 diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Technical understanding of vehicles (truck/trailer experience is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Windows and Office applications.
Your skills
- Strong language skills: Dutch, English, and French.
- Stress‑resistant and able to maintain oversight, even during busy moments.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule between 8:00 and 18:00.
