As Workshop Supervisor, you hold final responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the workshop. You ensure optimal workflow in the atelier and smooth collaboration between technicians, suppliers, and customers.
- Leading a team of approximately 6 technicians on a daily basis.
- Creating and managing the workshop schedule (short‑ and long‑term), taking into account mandatory maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Monitoring quality, productivity, and efficiency within the team.
- Ensuring compliance with work procedures and safety regulations.
- Following up on administrative tasks: work orders, planning, parts, etc.
- Acting as the first point of contact between technicians and internal departments.
- Actively contributing to the optimisation of work processes and continuous improvement.

- You have relevant experience as a workshop supervisor in the truck or trailer sector.
- You are a hands‑on problem solver who can make quick decisions.
- You work accurately and are comfortable with administrative tasks and digital tools (ERP, planning software, Office, …).
- You are a strong communicator, both with your team and with customers and suppliers.
- You have a natural leadership style: motivating, straightforward, and solution‑oriented.
- You speak fluent Dutch; knowledge of French or English is an asset.
